I don’t actually use Jekyll, the site is made using Hugo.

theme
I use a customised version of the ronv/listed theme.

colourscheme
I use the Solarized colourscheme for everything, so I made sure my website was the same as well. It’s good on your eyes!

someone in particular
If you’re looking for someone in particular, I might be able to help. Caius Cosades? I don’t know what your business with him is, but be careful. Caius Cosades may appear to be a pathetic old man, but don’t judge by appearances. Some people made that mistake a while ago, and now they’re not with us anymore.
